From an update on the latest advancements in Carbon Fiber Technology to the advanced technologies now affecting Coatings, Sealants and Concrete Admixtures, our presenters will have the latest updates for all to share. Advancements in Equipment technology will be addressed and the utility of the ever-changing world of Phone Apps and computer programs will make for a lively discussion. And of course, there will be a live demonstration for everyone to experience following our speakers part of the program.

Presenters:

Kevin Goudarzi, PE
Kevin Goudarzi, PE is a project manager with KGS Construction. He received his Master degree in civil engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience in structural strengthening, historic preservation, and rehabilitation of structures like buildings, metro stations, industrial buildings, bridges, etc. He is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland and a member of ICRI and ASCE.

(Bill) William J. Lyons III, FACI
Bill is the National Business Development Manager – Northeast Region for Euclid Chemical Co. Bill is a Fellow in ACI, former chair ACI 306 “Cold Weather Concreting” & ACI Convention Committee. Bill is the 2018 recipient of the National Chapter Activities Award for his long time dedication to the advancement of the goals to the ACI chapters. Bill is a past President of the ACI National Capital Chapter in Washington, DC, (2016), the Concrete Industry Board, which is the NYC ACI Chapter (2007-2008), the New Jersey Chapter of ACI (2004-2005) and was formerly Vice President of the Delaware Valley ACI Chapter (1994). He has held several leadership roles for many committees in these chapters. Bill has 34+ year’s experience in the concrete construction industry which includes being an engineering representative for another large admixture company, technical representative for a fly ash company, engineering representative for a national ready mix company and the executive director for a concrete association. Bill is a member of several ACI committees including ACI 232 “Fly Ash in Concrete”, ACI 207 “Mass Concrete” and Current Chair of The “Hot Topic Committee” and several PCI committees.

BRIAN RADIGAN
Brian Radigan is a Technical Sales Representative at Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing, Inc.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Seton Hall University. He has over 15 years of experience in waterproofing and the restoration of commercial buildings. Brian began his career as a contractor and is a member of the ICRI’s Baltimore -Washington Chapter.

Dave Honza
Mr. Honza has over 40 years experience in every facet of the roofing and waterproofing industry.  As a partner in a roofing and waterproofing consulting business over ten years, Mr. Honza brings an extensive range of capabilities to your project. His direct project responsibilities include roof design, writing survey reports, specifications and overseeing the production efforts of the Honza Group Inc. project team.  Mr. Honza has extensive experience as a roofing/waterproofing manufacturer’s representative for such well known companies as Owens-Cornering, Firestone, J.P. Stevens, American Hydrotech, and Barrett Company.  He has extensive experience in training applicators in the required techniques for installing such roofing/waterproofing systems as BUR, Modified Bitumen, Hypalon and Hot-Applied Rubberized Asphalt.  Mr. Honza has extensive experience in leak detection. Mr. Honza has surveyed and designed installations of all major roof systems.

Brian Porter, Jr.
Brian Porter, Jr. is a Technical Sales Representative at Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing, Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from York College of Pennsylvania where we also played NCAA Men’s Lacrosse. Growing up in the waterproofing business, Brian brings many years of both technical and field experience.
